About Us
We are a dedicated team of architectural design professionals whose goal is to provide our clients with premium design services for custom homes, renovations and small infill developments. We coordinate with other design professionals such as engineers, surveyors and hvac designers to provide a high quality set of plans for building permits and construction.
Services
We provide architectural design drawings and application services for our clients for new homes or additions, as well as small infill projects such as lot severances, townhouses as well as laneway and garden suites. We provide both preliminary design drawings for committee of adjustment applications and final design/working drawings for building permit applications. We also prepare siteplan drawings and shadow studies for other types of applications including Conservation Authority approvals, Siteplan approval, Rezoning submissions and for Tlab and Lpat (appeals board) evidence submissions.
